Prize details.
The prize will consist of a two-night hotel stay and one evening meal for two people in Bournemouth (drinks excluded).
Confirmation of the exact details of the break, including the accommodation and evening meal, will be provided to the winner.
Exclusion dates for the prize include: 1-6 April; 30 April - 4 May; 28 May - 1 June; 16 - 23 August; 27 - 31 August.
Conditions of entry.
The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except employees (and their families) of Bournemouth Tourism, any
affiliates, subsidiary companies, and anyone else who may be involved or connected with the competition/promotion.
No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person will be accepted for the draw.
The prize promotion closing date is 31 March 2010 and the promoter will not accept any entries after the closing date.
The competition entrant will be expected to supply their name, address, and email address as part of the brochure request.
Where prizes consist of accommodation, this is subject to availability. Travel connections, additional charges, room service
etc. are the responsibility of prize winners. Holidays are redeemable only by the named winner and must not be sold onto any
other party. Unless otherwise stated, all travel and holiday prizes must be taken within one year of the date of the
competition draw.
Where prizes are to be provided by a third party then the winner(s) will be required to complete all appropriate or applicable
booking or other formalities direct with such provider. Bournemouth Tourism will have no responsibility for the acts or
defaults of any other persons.
Terms and conditions.
Request of a Bournemouth Holidays & Short Breaks Guide 2010 will not constitute proof of entry and no responsibility will be
accepted by the promoter for entries that the promoter does not receive.
It is up to the person requesting the Bournemouth Holidays & Short Breaks Guide 2010 to indicate clearly that they wish to
enter the competition.
The winner will be drawn at random by an independent judge on 1 April 2010 and the winner will be notified by post or by email
within seven days. If selected as the winner, we will contact you by using the contact details supplied by you when entering
the competition.
No cash equivalent or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and
conditions. The break cannot be exchanged in part or whole for cash and is not transferable.
We reserve the right to substitute the prize of an equivalent value should the break become unavailable for any reason. If any
winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept the prize, or if we are unable to locate the winner, within ten working
days, using the contact details supplied by the winner on entry, then we reserve the right to award the prize to another
participant.
The decision on the selection of the prizewinner is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the
outcome of the competition. There is a requirement for winners to take part in post-event publicity and entry into the
competition constitutes agreement to this.

Data collection.
Personal details of the competition entrants and those opted-in to receive future communications will be collected in line with the terms and conditions above. All personal details will be held by Bournemouth Tourism in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998 and will be used solely by Bournemouth Tourism for the purpose of communicating with individuals for marketing
purposes or in conjunction with this competition. Personal details will not be shared with third parties.
